II. About the Platform

ORM is an online intermediary and presentation platform that allows models to create a digital profile and become visible to clients interested in collaborations in the fields of photography, video, advertising, product promotion, fashion shows, commercials, films, or similar projects.

The ORM platform provides visibility to both models and clients, while collaborations are established exclusively by clients, according to their preferences and needs.

III. Account Creation and Application Process

The initial application is free of charge.

All applications are reviewed internally to verify whether the profile is compatible with the platform’s criteria.

If the application is accepted, the user is invited to activate their account by paying an activation fee of 59 GBP.

IV. Account Activation and Nature of the Service

By paying the activation fee, the user benefits from:

• immediate activation of the model account
• access to the platform for 12 months
• the possibility to upload up to 20 photographs
• the possibility to edit the profile
• visibility to clients
• access to advertisements published by clients
• management of the personal profile
• digital services delivered instantly

Account activation represents a digital service that begins immediately after payment.

V. Activation Fee

The activation fee is a one-time fee that covers:

• profile verification and validation
• account activation
• administrative costs
• technical maintenance of the platform
• data security
• operation of the system
• promotion of the platform

The fee is associated with a digital service that is activated instantly.

VI. Payment

Payment is made online through a secure payment processor.

Card details are not stored by ORM.

VII. Withdrawal from the Platform

The user may withdraw at any time by submitting an official request.

Withdrawal does not affect the period during which the account has already been activated.

VIII. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information provided
• the authenticity of the uploaded photographs
• maintaining professional conduct
• updating their profile

The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate the rules.

IX. Limitation of Liability

ORM does not establish collaborations on behalf of models and does not interfere in clients’ decisions. However, at the request of the model or the client, ORM may intervene by providing advice and assistance in negotiations or by taking any action that may benefit the models.

The platform is not responsible for:

• lack of contact from clients
• lack of projects
• clients’ decisions
• content uploaded by users

ORM provides a digital space for presentation and intermediation, not a result-based service.

Collaborations are established exclusively by clients, according to their preferences and needs.

X. Section for Companies / Clients Looking for Models

ORM offers companies, agencies, and clients the possibility to view the profiles of models registered on the platform and identify the individuals who match their project requirements. Clients may publish announcements in their activity account for interested models, or they may search directly within the platform and select relevant profiles.

If a client wishes to contact a model, they may send ORM, by email, the model’s username or a screenshot of the profile, and ORM may facilitate contact between the parties.

ORM does not guarantee the availability of models, does not establish collaborations, and does not influence clients’ decisions. All collaborations, communications, and agreements are established exclusively between the client and the model. ORM is not responsible for the conduct, quality, or results of such collaborations and does not charge any commission if activities or collaborations take place between the parties.

XI. Personal Data

Data is processed in accordance with UK legislation and GDPR.

The user may request deletion of their data at any time.

XII. Changes to the Terms

ORM may update these terms at any time.
